You agree not to:
The Service, including its code, design, and content, is owned by MedDex and protected by intellectual property laws. ICD-10-CM codes are maintained by the CDC and are in the public domain. The MedDex search engine, interface, and proprietary features are not.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the ICD-10 codes are current, complete, or error-free. The official CDC ICD-10-CM tabular list is the authoritative source for billing purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedDex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including billing errors, denied claims, or other financial losses resulting from reliance on MedDex.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with arbitration conducted in Delaware. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Class action and class-wide arbitration are waived. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
