We recently identified a billing error that affected some MedDex Gold and Platinum subscribers. This page explains what happened, who's affected, and how to request a partial refund.
Between launch and July 15, 2026, two of our higher tiers were billed at lower amounts than the prices listed on the pricing page:
Affected subscribers were charged less than the published rate during the period in question. The corrected price is now in effect and displayed on the pricing page.
The corrected period ran from the launch of the Gold and Platinum tiers through July 15, 2026. If you subscribed to either tier during that window, you were billed at the incorrect (lower) amount for the cycles that fell inside it.
If you subscribed after July 15, 2026, you were charged at the corrected, currently-listed price and no refund is owed for that period.
We will refund the per-cycle difference between what was charged and the listed rate for each affected billing cycle. For example, a Gold subscriber billed monthly during the affected window will receive a credit equal to the delta per cycle, applied back to their original payment method via Stripe.
Future subscription renewals will bill at the corrected, currently-listed price. No action is required from you to keep your subscription active — we're honoring the pricing as listed going forward.
Please send the following so we can locate your charge quickly:
The more of these you can include, the faster we'll be able to process your refund.
We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within two business days and complete processing within a week. Stripe refunds typically settle on the original payment method within five to ten business days, depending on your card issuer.
Send us a note anyway and we'll check your account against the affected period. If your subscription falls outside the corrected window, we'll let you know — no refund will be issued in that case, but we'll confirm in writing.
Email the support team with your charge details and we'll process your partial refund.
